Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.
Last updated 8 September 2026. This policy explains how Cornwall Construction Management handles personal information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Cornwall Construction Management ("we", "us") supplies construction labour and property maintenance services across Cornwall. We are based in Newquay. For anything about your data, contact us at info@cornwallconstructionlabour.co.uk or on 07583 030865.
[Add your registered company name, company number and registered office address here once the company is registered.]
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form or contact us directly, we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever details you give us about the job. That is all the website itself collects.
If you register with us as a tradesperson, we will separately collect information needed to place you on site — including your trade, qualifications and cards, right-to-work documents and payment details. We will tell you what we need at the point we ask for it.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We use enquiry details to respond to you and to quote for work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — you contacted us about a service and we need your details to reply.
For tradespeople, we process data to place you into work, which is necessary for performance of a contract, and to meet legal obligations such as right-to-work checks and CIS reporting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. If we place you on a client's site, we will pass the client the information they need to induct you. We share data with HMRC where the law requires it, and with our accountant and insurers where necessary.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to placements and payments are kept for six years to meet tax and employment record requirements.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking. Nothing about your visit is recorded. If that changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent where required.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@cornwallconstructionlabour.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Email and messaging
Enquiries sent through this site open in your own email app or WhatsApp — they are not stored on the website or by any third party form service. Once you send the message, it sits in your sent items and in our inbox.
