Penzance, Newlyn, St Ives and the far west are a genuine hour or more from our Newquay base. We work there and we're glad to, but the honest position is that this area suits longer placements and planned work rather than one-hour emergency callouts. We'd rather say that now than let you down later.

Will you really travel to Penzance?
Yes. What we won't do is promise you a one-hour emergency response we can't deliver from Newquay. For planned work and multi-day placements we're a solid option; for a boiler failure at lunchtime you'd be better served by someone in Penzance itself, and we'll say so.
Do you cover St Ives and Hayle?
Yes, both, on the same basis. Hayle is noticeably closer than Penzance, so response times there are better.
