We match qualified, CSCS-carded people from the bench and brief them on your site or property requirements.
We deploy
Crew arrives on site or at the property, inducted and ready to work — usually within the week, often sooner.
Timesheets & sign-off
We handle timesheets, CIS deductions and invoicing. One invoice, however many trades were on site.

We supply site labour and trades teams to contractors and developers anywhere in Cornwall, and handle property maintenance and holiday let repairs for landlords and letting agents. If your site is in the county, we can get people to it.

Run by someone who's worked the tools, not a call centre reading off a script. We know what "for as long as needed" actually means on a live site, and we don't send anyone out who isn't fit for the job.

How quickly can you get trades on site in Cornwall?
Usually within the week, and often within a couple of days for general labour or a single trade. Ring Jamie on 07583 030865 or Dave on 07511 814177 with the trade, the numbers and the location, and we'll tell you straight away what we can cover.
What areas of Cornwall do you cover?
The whole county. We're based in Newquay and regularly work Truro, St Austell, Falmouth, Camborne, Redruth, Bodmin, Padstow, Wadebridge, Penzance, Helston, Bude, Looe and Liskeard.
Are your tradespeople CSCS carded and insured?
Yes. Every trade we send to site holds a valid CSCS card, we carry public and employers' liability cover, and every worker is right-to-work checked before they're deployed.
Can I hire one tradesman, or do I have to take a whole team?
Either. We supply single trades for a day's cover and full multi-trade teams for the length of a contract. There's no minimum booking.
Do you handle CIS deductions and timesheets?
Yes. We're CIS registered and we handle timesheets, deductions and invoicing ourselves. You get one invoice however many trades were on site.
Do you do maintenance for holiday lets and rental properties?
Yes, this is a big part of what we do. Changeover-day emergency callouts, scheduled maintenance visits and general repairs across plumbing, electrics, carpentry and decorating, with a report back to the owner or agent after every visit.
